5. Do you offer any support after the project is completed? 

Yes, we can provide support and/or various resources for any issues or questions you may have after the project is delivered. We are committed to making sure you are fully satisfied with the final product. 

6. How do I book a session?

Simply fill out the Project Planner’ on our Work With Me page and we’ll guide you through the next steps to book your session.

 

7. Why don’t you list your rates online?

We tailor our pricing based on the specific scope of each project. The ‘Project Planner’ on our site helps us gather the necessary details to provide a customized quote that fits your unique needs. No artist or project is one-size-fits-all, so we ensure your investment makes sense for your particular goals. We also offer price packages and bundles for recurring clients or long-term projects.

 

8. How do I reschedule a session?

To respect the time of everyone involved—whether it’s producers, engineers, vocalists, or musicians—our rescheduling policy requires at least 48 hours' notice. If you miss this deadline, your deposit can still be credited toward future services, but a rebooking fee of $150 will be applied immediately. We send email and text reminders to help you stay on top of your scheduled sessions.

 

9. Do you offer any specials or packages?

Yes! We periodically run specials, which we announce on our social media accounts. Our packages are tailored to each client's needs, ranging from essential services to comprehensive production packages. You can stay updated on these deals by subscribing to our email list or following us on social media.

 

10. Can I pay on the day of the session?

No, we require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure your time with the studio and engineer. The remaining balance is due upon arrival for your session.

 

11. Does it cost anything for a consultation?

No, consultations are completely free! We’re happy to go over the details of your project with you at no cost. Schedule your consultation through our calendar.

 

12. Do you conduct remote sessions?

Yes! We use low-latency remote collaboration software to work with artists worldwide. Let us know what you’re working on here so we can get your virtual session booked!
